Question 1

How long should my letter be?

Accepted Answer

Letters are limited to 400 characters, including spaces — about two or three heartfelt sentences. Short and sincere beats long and perfect; write what you'd want them to hold onto forever.

Question 2

What if I don't know what to write?

Accepted Answer

Most of our customers aren't writers. Our guided letter-writing experience offers gentle thought-starters to help you begin, and you can save your progress and finish within 14 days.

Question 3

Can I edit my letter after I submit it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your confirmation email includes a secure link to review or update your order — including your letter — up until 72 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Question 4

Will my letter look exactly like what I type?

Accepted Answer

Your exact words are preserved and no auto-greetings or changes are added. The printed layout is set in an elegant serif font with standard card margins, so line breaks may reflow slightly from what you see on screen. It's your voice, presented beautifully.

Question 5

What's included in the Bride and Groom packages?

Accepted Answer

Each $225 package includes your letter professionally printed on a premium 5.75″ × 3.75″ keepsake card, a personalized gift bag and gift tag, disposable glassware, a tray, treats, votives, decor, a celebratory toast, and a private video keepsake — hand-delivered before the ceremony. All glassware, serving pieces, and decorative items are disposable, so the recipient can enjoy every detail without worrying about returns.

Question 6

Is the video message really included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The private video keepsake is included with every package at no additional charge. It's optional to use — a hidden QR code in the package opens your video whenever they want to hear your voice.

Question 7

What's the difference between the Bride and Groom packages?

Accepted Answer

Both center on your letter. The keepsake presentation and styling are tailored — hers leans elegant and romantic, his leans classic and refined — but the heart of each gift is the same: your words.

Question 8

Can I change the names or details after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes — names, wedding details, delivery information, and your letter can all be updated through your secure order link until 72 hours before delivery. The package type itself is locked after purchase.

Question 9

When will my gift be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are available Monday through Thursday. You choose the delivery date that works best for your plans — the gift must arrive on or before the wedding date.

Question 10

What's the difference between Drop Off and Hand Off?

Accepted Answer

Drop Off: we deliver to the hotel or venue front desk / receiving contact between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon — no appointment time needed. Hand Off: the gift is personally handed to the recipient at a specific appointment time you select.

Question 11

Do you deliver on the wedding day?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are available Monday through Thursday, on or before the wedding date. Many couples plan delivery for the days just before the ceremony so the moment fits naturally into their schedule.

Question 12

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We exclusively serve Las Vegas weddings — hotels, venues, and private locations throughout the area.

Question 13

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Each Bride or Groom package is $225, including delivery and the private video keepsake — both at no additional charge.

Question 14

How far in advance should I place my order?

Accepted Answer

We need at least 3 working days to customize your package beautifully. Ordering earlier is always welcome — and if you're working with a tighter timeline, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Question 15

Can I save my order and finish later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically, and you can resume an unfinished order within 14 days.

Question 16

What is the 72-hour editing deadline?

Accepted Answer

To make sure everything is printed and prepared perfectly, orders lock 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Until then, you can update your details through the secure link in your confirmation email.

Question 17

When will my card be charged?

Accepted Answer

Your card is charged at checkout through our secure payment processor. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details right away.

Question 18

Why do you ask for age verification?

Accepted Answer

Each package includes a celebratory toast, so we require confirmation that both the sender and recipient are 21 or older, in compliance with alcohol laws. Checkout can't be completed without it.

Question 19

Is this a champagne gift?

Accepted Answer

The heart of every P.S. I Do package is your letter — the toast is simply part of the celebration surrounding it.
